"Cigu di mana tu kelas tambahan?" soal salah seorang murid Tahun 6 saya.
I was too lazy to reply cos it was a repetitive question and the kid did not actually read the info I gave earlier.
"Sana kadai kaling lahhhh," his friend was rather kind to reply to him.
Feeling ticklish and somehow agree with the sarcastic reply...
"Ya, di kadai kaling." I said.
Everyone burst into laughter.
Another kid interrupted.
"Tulah, pigi kau kelas tambahan sama om."
Dengan pantas mata saya jeling murid yang menyampuk and followed by the rest of the kids.
"Kadai kaling tu Pakistan la. Itu pun tida tau", the earlier kid who helped me reply the question shoot back.
And everyone burst into laughter again.

PS: Tiada niat bersikap racist. Cuma berkongsi apa yang obvious di mata society. In my case, my 12yo students.
